Hi there today at the bike review we're going to do a quick review of the Honda vfr800i 2001 model.
So where to begin for those who know their bikes, all we have to say are two words, Honda and vfr and you'll know that it has one of the most reliable motors to date.
For those that don't know well your missing out. These bikes hold their price but aren't over priced. One thing you'll hear about these are that they are great for learners and those new to riding, well their right. The power delivery is smooth and torguey throughout the gears, which is great for getting out of the way in a hurry without being uncontrollable either. The only thing new riders may struggle with is the v4 engine which can be hard to get to grips with at first.
The ride is smooth and gear box is a joy, the gearing and ride is so good that you can tootle along in any gear at any rpm (virtually).
Reliability is incomparable and is easy to maintain.
Brakes are brilliant and make you feel invincible.
